I took a look and not much to get happy about. unless some awesome flips come out then, it will be a light week for foodlion. but they are having a huge sale on FL brand stuff, so my thinking is the flips will most likely be all FL brand stuff.

I have a bunch of Qs from a booklet (all $1/1), but they are one per visit. So I couldn't use one on the free one. (Does FL let you do this anyway? I'm still learning all my store's policies and get my stores confused!)
