Food Lion ~ Question: Does your FL double coupons?

I know that they are difficult to scan sometimes, so Ive seen some cashiers manually enter them. So maybe she thought it was easier that way than trying to scan each of them.

Same here, especially after my HIDEOUS trip yesterday using FLIPS. The Kleenex & Eggo FLIP's finally beeped for me & it took over 15 minutes, two cashiers telling me they beeped b/c they say no other coupon can be used with them (they meant my one store coupon & two manuf. coupons for totally different products) & a very confused manager on duty (not even sure what he normally does when the manager is actually there). It was a nighmare to say the least!

I looked at the sale next week and the Doritos are bogo. I also have coupons that are bogo. Will I be able to use both and get them free?

They charge half price on bogo items so YMMV. If they take off the full amount, you will get both free. If they take off the sale price then you will get 2 bags for 1/2 the price of one bag, kwim?

Definitely a YMMV thing, but here is what happened for me with the Glade Scented Oil candles. She scanned my MVP card AFTER she rang everything up and hit total, so when she scanned the BOGO Q it told her to take $6.67 off (with MVP it was $3.34). So, you can try waiting to give the MVP card at the end to see if it takes the full amount of one off, but I wouldn't go in assuming that you will get both for free. I would be prepared for it to take the 1/2 price off rather than the full price.
