Food Lion ~ Question: Does your FL double coupons?

Well, you could still get:

7 pizzas, 1 Jellos and 1 Cool Whips for $11.93

So still a better deal than Publix! LOL

I guess you could have the pizza for dinner then make a dessert with the Jello and Cool Whip! I have a great recipe for a pie that uses those two things and some strawberries which are on sale at Harris Teeter this week.

I'm in PA, and they double at my Foodlion. I asked the cashier if they doubled, and she told me no. When I read my reciept, the coupons that qualified were doubled. I hope they do not institute that policy here. That would suck. I get my kids yogurt practically free.

Well, I have been going to my Foodlion for a while now, and they have always doubled my coupons. I went there about two weeks ago and my coupons weren't doubling. They tell me that they way the coupon doubling works is that they only double up to $.50. and you have to spend $35. I told her and showed her where my coupons were doubled, and she said it must have been a mistake. This saddens me to the core.

Does anyone know Food lions coupon policy ? Is there a limit on how many coupons you can use?

I guess this is a Food Lion question. I don't know where else to post it. Has anyone ever shopped at Bottom Dollar? (I believe it, like Bloom, is a branch of Food Lion). I was just wondering how people feel about this store. Their prices seem pretty good, but I've heard some complaints about the local store, at least. (Employees not so nice, store not the cleanest or organized...) Thanks for any info you can provide!

I know several people post on here from time to time about Bottom Dollar - if you look through the FL forum you can find some of these, I have never personally been there since there aren't any around here so I'm not much help - LOL

How do you get the MVP card? A new FL is opening near me this week. I've never been in one before. Can you get it at the store (like Kroger) or do you have to fill out a form and submit it and they mail you one?
