Blinkie schedule

I remember seeing in the past a schedule when they change the blinkie machine every month & reload them. Does anyone knows?

They change out every 4 weeks. They will all be changed out this week.

Do you know if they change on the same day in every store? Which day would that be? Is it consistant to be the 2nd week of the month? or really every 4 weeks?
