Reusable Coupon from Food Lion

In the mail today, my Mom got a Reusuable Coupon ... good only at FL Again and Again ... in the small print are the words "Cashier: RETURN SAVINGS COUPON TO CUSTOMER" ... redeem only at FL through 8/26/08 ... this is my first time seeing a reusuable coupon ... is this a new kind of coupon or am I behind"? ... thanks for your replies!

The reusuable coupon is save $1.00 every time you buy (1) Wisk 2x Concentrated Laundry Detergent ... like we need more degergent

I got one a couple of weeks ago for $1.00 Fresh Express salads. Expired on the 3rd. Most be something new they are doing!

I had one maybe about a year ago for tomatoes. The cashier took it.
And it was a week where I had a ton of Q's so I forgot until I had hit the door and didn't feel like causing a scene over it. I think it was near the expiration for it anyway.

I got one from Food Lion once for Tide Detergent.
