Foods Co?

I just moved to the Central Cali coast and am getting acquainted with a store new to me called Foods Co. I tried to find it online and it takes me to a Food 4 Less site. Which is it? Foods Co, Food 4 less, or both? Where do I look for it on this forum??

i think they are the same company under two different brand names. im in the san francisco bay area and we have Foods Co. when i lived in San Diego, it's food4less, but i figure they are the same. there is a FoodsCo forum, albeit not very active.

btw, i buy their vegetable (sometimes they have cabbage for 0.33/lb), fruits (cheap grapes, apples, watermelons,and catalope on sale from week to week) and bread (10 count english muffin for $1)

HI: I'M IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND WE HAVE FOOD FOR LESS WHICH IS OWNED, BY KROGER, AS IS RALPHS. ALSO FRED MEYER IS OWNED BY KROGER WHO PREVIOUSLY OWNED RALPHS AND ON AND ON IT GOES. RALPHS DOUBLES AND FFL DOES NOT BUT FFL HAS NO COUPON LIMIT THAT I'M AWARE OF SO SOME TIMES THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD DEALS LIKE COLGATE TOOTH BRUSHES FOR 99 CENTS ETC, SO IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF COUPONS FOR AN ITEM LIKE THAT ITS ONE STOP SHOPPING. THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MUCH ACTIVITY ON THE FFL SITE SO I'VE JUST BEEN GOING IT ALONE, ABOUT ONCE A MONTH THEY HAVE A COUPLE OF KILLER DEALS BUT AS PEWTER17 SAYS THERE PRODUCE IS USUALLY WELL PRICED ALL OF THE TIME.

I'm in Central CA and we have both Foods Co and Food 4 Less - sometimes within a few blocks of each other so I don't think they are the same. At least here, Foods Co seems to have a better selection of produce etc. Check to see if you have a Win Co. I've found them to be less expensive, cleaner and a much better selection
