Default Crab Louis

Crab Louis

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 pound cooked fresh crab
lettuce leaves
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

In center of salad platter, heap crab; encircle it with lettuce egg, cucumber and tomato slices; pass the dressing separately.
