overage has been hit & miss for me. I think it depends on what key the cashier hits when the screen comes up.

Usually if I buy an item that's $1.25 with a $1/1q $1 + 25¢ comes off but I have seen the entire $2 come off using the same q on the same item. While I love overage I do *not* like to go negative in my transactions. If I have an item that's iffy I'll hold a large coupon until the very end. If it looks like I'm going to go negative I'll put something on the belt before I hand over the last coupon. I hate paying for gum, sodas or some other impulse item. Wish they had toilet paper or something I *need* right at the register.

If she printed the same ones I did they were different. All were kelloggs but one was for Frosted Flakes, think another was for Raisin Bran and so on.

I'm wondering if you can use two different coupons for the same type item? I have two different coupons for Ritz crackers. I'm wondering if the second set of coupons will also double. On Wednesdays I'm always in such a rush to get to the next FF I've never tried.

The answer is yes, as long as the UPC code on the bottom of the coupon is different for both sets. There have been many Kellogg's coupons recently that have different pictures on them, different wording, were from different sources (inserts, blinkies, & printables), but the UPC code was the same & so only 2 would double per order. However, if there are 2 coupons for the same item that have different UPC codes, both sets of coupons *should* double without a problem...unless you get Jim as a cashier. Trust me, you don't want Jim as your cashier. Just wander about a bit and wait for someone else to come on shift.

i don't believe FF gives overage? cashier has to override so coupon does not exceed item price.

anyone else getting overage??
I didn't think FF gave overage but a couple of times I thought maybe they did. Also when I used the $1.00 Vitamin Water coupon at Wal-Mart for the $.99 Vitamin Water I got the penny in overage, yahoo!
