I think Fareway has consistently fair prices on meat and chicken does go on sale regularly. Right now they've had the 10 pound bags of chicken quarters for $3.99. That's $.39 a pound! Boneless chicken breasts are often under $2 a pound. I haven't seen huge meat deals lately from them because of all the holiday promotions but I'd wager we're due for some good prices this week. I'll have my Fareway matchups ready by tomorrow afternoon hopefully. Hope this helps!
