I have g/b twins and there is no way I would have wantted to wash that many diapers everday! You will have enough to do as it is trust me. I would use coupons to stockpile what I can for then now, if you get to much of the one size you can always trade them for the right size at walmart later on(they let me)..

If you have a goodwill the first saturday of the month everything is half price, my store usually has lots of newborn stuff. If you go to church you may get someone there to have a shower for you even tho you have a cild already. Having twins is like being a first time mom lol..you have to learn to do it all for two at a time not just one.

I recently signed up for the Yahoo group freecycle, and have seen lots of baby stuff on there. My kids are older, but my niece is having her second girl this month, and my cousin is having a boy, so I picked up a few (free!) things for them. It's easy, and free!

I have b/g twins that were born in march at 35 weeks. We had to use formula bc they were so small 3.5 pounds and needed all the extra and I could not keep up, plus they were in the NICU for 3 weeks so breastfeeding did not work for us. Just keep that in mind if you have to, I was very upset that it did not work out but my life did get easier bc anyone could feed the babies.

We were on neosure formula from similac for 8 months, opened our last can in November and it is expensive! if you have to do similac DO NOT tell them you are on neosure, they will send you better and more checks if they know you do not have to buy their formula. I signed up everyone I could think of to get formula checks bc we were going through a 15 dollar can a day for a while. Walmart has come out with a parents choice line on neosure now, I think it came out in October so a little late for us. I would not do the enfamil preemie brand, no coupons for that ever!

The babies are now at 21 and 18 pounds at 10 months and are healthy and strong and doing so well, good luck! I don't remember the first 3 months other than for mothers day I got a full night sleep for the first time since March. So take lots of pictures!

Another place to check for kid's clothes is Kohl's. Ours puts kids clothes on clearance for up to 90% off, so we get shorts and shirts and pants and all for $1 new off the rack! I also go to out Goodwill once a week. They have their infant through size 6 clothes at 1.99 and each week they choose a tag color and that color is 50% off. So I go there and get lots of 1.00 each! Check out Target diapers. Even without coupons, they are a pretty good price, and they also have pretty nice coupons every so often. I have one son, but my sister in law is expecting twins in August so I am doing all I can to help her save some money and get ready!!! Good luck!!

Always ISO of NAPR rebates good in VA, NC, MD, or GA. Also ISO Diaper, Wipes, or Prilosec FREEs. PM to trade! I get multiple inserts each week, and have multiple computers to print off of, so let me know what you need! THANKS!

Congratulations! I am also expecting twins due August 31st :-) I have read that babies r us and toys r us do multiples discounts for the larger items like cribs, high chairs, bassinets, etc. You get 10% off if you get more than one of the same item. Combine that with coupons and a registry and its a really good deal. Also, contact any baby product company you can think of. They will send you free stuff. I think munchkin will send you a diaper pail, playtex will send you bottles, etc. They just ask for copies of the birth certifacates for proof.
