I liked how they did a once a year type special. That was alright...

IMO, children don't need to be little reality stars. The Gosselins seem to be milking their kids for all they are worth...

I hope that doesn't happen here :(

i love john and kate plus 8 and so does my two year old dd! i don't think they "milk" it at all.

This topic prob needs it's own thread (i think there was one)....

I used to like J&K. It was cute, a family with all these kids struggling with day to day challenges. Money, laundry, exhaustion... he worked, she worked 1 day a week....

Now, there is none of that. I suppose they have made a boat load of $$ from the show, which is great...but it's not realistic anymore. Thats for sure.

I guess what strikes me the most is that these kids have had camera crews following them around almost their entire lives. When does it end? When do they get privacy?
Rather than a peek inside a unique family, they have turned the kids into a 21st century side show through reality T.V.

Maybe its just me. I have 3 kids. I just can't imagine exposing them to world every week. I am not sure it is entirely healthy?

They are precious. My 4 yr old neice does too. She always wants to watch "all those little kids"

I don't know. I sure as heck would have cut my husband off waaay before number 18, but then again I hate pain.
