I'm a huge deal hunter, and the best I can do is match Amazon's price, even with combining a Target coupon with a manufacturer's coupon. I could probably do decent if I also waited for a sale, but they are far and few in between, and I don't have time to stalk.

    Amazon wins.

I would use amazon for the majority of my diaper needs (if I didn't already have a stock pile LOL). BUT I would still try to get in on the store deals too.

What might be best for you is to keep buying through amazon as you need them and when you find great store deals buy bigger sizes for the future.

And as others have said, you need to factor in your time and gas spent on running around for diapers. If the deal is only a few pennys cheaper in store than what you can get online, then skip it if you have to drive far (for example, most of my stores are 1-2 miles from my house, and 2 others are about 8-10 miles away. So If I have to drive to one of the stores farther away I might just skip the deal because in my car I would be using up about a gallon of gas, so I would add about $3.50 to my total cost)

You CAN get cheaper diaper deals in the store. That's when they have their great sales, low price, plus store discount of some kind, plus good q, or a rebate. As someone else said, they seem kind of few and far between. And the homemailers are the best qs and I only ever end up with just a few of those.

If you compare just regular price on diapers with insert qs Amazon will beat it. Amazon wins for convenience hands down. I just wonder how long the 30% off for subscribe and save and Amazon Mom is going to continue? I think they want to get people hooked then they will raise it again. Although maybe not, because after a year of Amazon Mom you have to start paying for it (assuming you are purchasing diapers or something else from the baby store to keep your free membership going for the year). A friend of mine and I are planning to sign our husbands up for Amazon Mom once our year of free membership is up. Then there's the grandparents.

Anyway, Amazon's got a good thing going and I'm sure they know it. And you really can't beat a box of diapers on your doorstep 2 days after you order it.
