similac strong moms wowza, can babies use different formula?

So i was surprised when i got a big package from similac today as i expected samples and checks but not full size product samples. I am going to breastfeed but will need to supplement and since similac just sent me a 25.7 oz tub and a 12.3 oz tub just wondering if a baby can handle switching formulas? I was planning on using Parent's choice organic and bought one container already, but since these don't expire until dd will be well over 1 year, i was thinking maybe i could use them when she is older and could tolerate the different formula better??

any advice?

So they pretty much just sent me about 35$ in free formula plus 5 5/1 formula checks...

My oldest switched just fine. She never had an issue.

If they are noticing the difference in taste..then you do something along the lines off. 2 scoops preferred formula. one scoop non preferred..and slowly wean then onto the new kind.

but with the oldest I used whatever we had and changed often and she never cared.

both my kids were supplemented with formula only when necessary. neither had an issue switching back and forth

My first son could drink any milk based formula within any brand and never noticed the difference in taste. But my new baby has to drink the sensitive stuff thats lactose reduced because the regular milk based gives him dirrehea and really bad gas. So I can't really switch him. Every baby is different. I have how ever been using different brands of the lactose reduced kind and he hasn't noticed and hasn't cared. You'll just have to wait and see I guess.
