I didn't know this, so wanted to share in case it helps someone else. I just purchased Pull Ups and Good Nites at Walgreens, and the register receipt has the items flagged as Flexible Spending Account eligible expenses. I don't know about diapers since we're potty trained and just use pull ups/good nites for naps and over night.

If you or DH has FSA at work, this could save you some $ on those necessities.

You will need a doctor script to get them to count I believe. They just changed the law on FSA allowable items. I'm guessing unless a child has a medical dx or disability causing them to need to stay in diapers...a doctor will not give a script.

As an example Medicaid will pay for diapers...depending on the state at age 3 or 4 for children who are not expected to ever be able to potty train because of disability or dx.

I wondered if it was "too good to be true". Thanks, I'm flagging this for deletion.
