I did not see this posted here but if you go here to the Enfamil website you can print out certificates that are good for one free sample of the following Enfamil formulas. You take the certificate into your baby's doctor to receive your free sample. Samples are subject to availablity. Limit one sample of any Enfamil product per household per doctor visit.

Here are the types of samples you can get:

Enfamil PREMIUM Infant
Enfamil Gentlease
Enfamil A.R.
Enfamil ProSobee
Nutramigen with Enflora
Nutramigen with Enflora LGG, Enfamil Gentlease, or Enfamil A.R.

Planning to feed your baby Enfamil? Request it FREE in the hospital

Now I don't know if it has changed since I had my twins 6 years ago but I could always get free samples of the formula without having to print a certificate and those free gifts, they gave me in freely at the OB, hospital and pediatrician. In fact my doctors gave me extras so I could have one (or two) for each baby.

But maybe your docs are stingy with the free samples and gifts and you need a certificate....if so there ya go
