HELP Need lunch ideas for my girls!

I am really in a rut about giving my girls fun, healthy, and balanced lunches. Please give me any suggestions you have. Here is a little about my DDs.

DD1 is nearly 3. She is pretty picky, and I give her at least one thing on her plate that she will eat. She loves things like pasta, sandwiches, and fruit.

DD2 is 18 months. She is lactose intolerant, so lunches have to be dairy free or easily modified for her. For example, if we have grilled cheese, she has PB&J. She is not picky like her sister but does not like pasta!

    Please help!

I have a couple of uses for Turkey Pepperoni for you.

Crackers, Cheese (or no cheese), and turkey pepperoni with fruit kabobs.

When I can get the Pillsbury breadsticks on Manager's Special at Dillons, I will lay them flat and place 2 or 3 pieces of turkey pep. on each one and will sprinkle light with shredded mozz. cheese (you could skip the cheese). Bake and serve with warmed pizza sauce for some pizza dunkers!

Just a couple of different ideas for you!

My son LOVES pinwheels. Take a tortilla, spread with filling of choice for your girls, roll up & cut into pieces. They're colourful enough to get the kids' attention, and can be easily customized. Also, depending on the filling, you can make a few rolls ahead of time & freeze them (uncut) for later use.
PB & banana was always a favourite when I was a kid.

Amy, there was a big thread about this very topic a couple of months ago, about the time school started. I can't remember exactly what the title was but you might like some of the wonderful ideas posted there too.
