Ebates QUestion

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, wasn't sure where to post. I just want to know if Amazon works with Ebates? I already use MyPoints so I am not sure what the benefit of joining Ebates would be unless they work with a different store... and the only other site I can think of would be Amazon. If you use Ebates, please share why I might choose it over MyPoints. TIA. Reps to replies.

The last time I looked Ebates did not have any promos or percentage back for Amazon.

That said, have you seen the list of the stores on Ebates? A lot of stores have double percentages right now at least for the holidays. When you have time, just go to the site and look around for a bit and see if they have many of the stores you use.

I don't know anything about MyPoints so can't say if there is an advantage either way but I've been a member of Ebates for a long time and have gotten back almost $600, a little bit at a time.

If you do join Ebates there are several people on here who ask that you join through them so they get the referral fee so you could find one of them.

I don't think Amazon is affiliated with any of the cash back or points systems. If I want to order something online, I look at the sites I use (ebates, shopathome, and MyPoints) and see where I can get the best reward. I mostly choose the rebates sites because I get cash as opposed to gift cards at MyPoints. HTH!

I'm pretty sure Amazon is not affiliated with any cash back sites. I use evreward - it compares cash back at various sites you may be shopping at.

Shoot. the problem (for me at least) is that I get alot of Amazon codes thru survey companies

We use ebates and love it. Probably the only online retailer that doesn't participate in ebates is Amazon. The only time I use Mypoints is whatever is associated with bzzagent. I think mypoints, swagbucks, all that stuff-major pita. Swagbucks gave us a nasty virus, and for mypoints, I just don't want to have to click or do surveys to earn savings. Ebates is just savings.

i'm not a fan of ebates. I've had to fight with them about purchases I've made in the past, they say they don't have a record of me going through them (I have cookies turned on). Finally they paid me, but I don't use them anymore.
