Go cloth. I recommend Snap-Ez. They make lots of sizes, through adult sizes.

I am in a similar predicament, what can I use for an 11 year old girl (80ish lbs) with encopresis (bowel accidents) and some bladder leakage/night wetting. I think the depends would be too small. Needs to be discreet.

I use GoodNights with my son. He is autistic and finally potty trained at 6. We were able to get them for free because of his diagnosis through his medicaid. (Also because of his diagnosis.) He just had to have a prescription.

I got a size small Goodnites sample in the mail and I'm pretty sure I could wear it (I'm 115#).
