Default Difference between Enfamil AR and Similac Sensitive RS?

Okay, so we're still having feeding issues and today was Ava's 2 month old well baby check with her regular pedi. We informed him of everything that happened while he was on vacation: projectile vomiting, ER trip to rule out Pyloric Stenosis, switching from Similac Advance w/rice cereal to Similac Sensitive RS, Zantac, etc.

So, he said to stop the Zantac & switch to Enfamil AR. He said he does not think she needs the Similac Sensitive RS because she's not lactose intolerant.

My question is what's the difference between the Similac Sensitive RS and the Enfamil AR (besides the Similac being lactose free)??? They both have added Rice Starch.
