Toddler Clothing Budget? - How much do you spend?

So when TCP had their sale this week, I couldn't resist. I still needed pants for her for next year, and I also got a bunch of shirts from 24M to 3T (mostly 24M) and some sweaters which she doesn't have. But how often do you put your 12-24M old in a sweater? I will definitely have to return something since I paid $55 for everything. And the footie pjs that I got for her at $8.xx price, now $2.99 -- oh boy! What a difference. And the yoga pants I got on sale for $4.42 are now $0.99.

I really should put together a budget. This is just one season -- long sleeves season.
