Question re Similac

I got 2 samples today, sent via FedEx, but no Qs. One of the samples was the sensitive formula powder, so that is nice if we can some time switch back to powder. Right now we're still using the liquid. Oy.

And the post office said they didn't hold any mail. I got my Enfamil and Good Start checks (using them to buy formula to donate to YWCA). But still no Similac. :(

Sign up on the STRONG MOM's part of the Similac page. Takes them awhile to send that first round of checks out, and it's only for $5.00 each. When you get the sample box, there will be more checks in there. What is interesting here is, I signed up for it, get the checks, got the sample box and signed my mom up for it for me. She got 3 of the sample boxes! LOL......at least I don't have to pack a bottle when I go there!!

Try calling the Similac customer service; explain that you want to try their formula for your gassy baby, but you cannot afford it without the checks. Let them know that you signed up for them and are disappointed that they never came. Similac seems to be a good company; I knew the rep in our area and had lots of samples.

The checks that I got with the black sample box with the 2 cans were attached to the welcoming letter. I hope you are able to find them.

I did call but there wasn't anything they could do except send samples (which did not come with any coupons). I got the samples but they sent it via FedEx so I don't know why USPS isn't delivering the other Qs. ???

I called Similac once to ask why I hadn't received any checks (coupons) (2-3 years ago) and was told by the rep that "Those checks are a privilege to receive, and you should be thankful if you ever get any. They are not given out in the Sunday paper fr a reason." I immediately switched to Enfamil formula, called them and thanked them for being so wonderful to their loyal consumers by sending the checks out so frequently. They asked me what kind I was using and sent me like 3 or 4 of the Welcome Kits complete with my formula and TONS of coupons!

I will NEVER use Similac again!
