Oh.. the repeat game!! Its an attention thing, the more you give him attention for it, the more he will do it. You tell him once that its not ok, and then you ingor it from then on. As far as eatting... If its something he can help cook.. he might eat it. Maybe he can help measure or something.. try and get him involved. Limit snacks and drinks, if hes hungry enough at dinner time, he will eat it. Dont reward him with food "if you eat all your dinner you can ice cream" that wont help. Let him know "this is whats for dinner, eat it or dont" and dont be scared if he chooses not to eat it. He will be more then ready for breakfast in the morning!
I know it sounds rough.. but it will work.
