I ran out of diapers.

OK, not totally of course. But I have NO size 5 regular old diapers. How did this happen? DS is wearing Huggies Overnights at the moment. I have 4 packs of those!

I think I had to buy 2s when Walgreen's was out of the 5s one time, and never got around to exchanging them. I have extra 2s and no 5s.



Me, of all people, running out of diapers.

We're also living between 2 houses, so I must have thought "oh, I have some at home" when I really didn't. I do have about 9 packs of Walgreens 6s (which run small), but they are at my house 60 miles away, not here. It's not a disaster, since I do have the Overnights, but wow.

I understand. My sister gave me a hard time when I ran out of diapers after the Target deal in 2006.

Did you see the episode of the Duggars where they had the big ice storm? I don't watch this show all the time but did catch that one. Their latest baby was just a few days old, they were stuck in their house and RAN OUT OF DIAPERS! Or at least the size they needed. They had one of the production guys grab some on his way out to the house. How could they possibly EVER run out of diapers? Wouldn't you just have cases of diapers all the time if you were them? They have the storage space, they've got a section of their house with a roll up door for unloading, freezers and grocery store shelving!

do you have a kmart close - mine is doing super doubles...that could possibly help. and i found huggies wipes secretly on sale ($2.49 vs $2.99).
