PSA: Regarding ebay and Cloth Diapers

ebay is no longer permitting the sale of used cloth diapers. So if you have them/are buying them, and planned to re-sell on ebay, it's not gonna happen.

Used underwear including, but not limited to, boxer shorts, panties, briefs, athletic supporters and cloth diapers are not permitted.

eBay urges its sellers and buyers to comply with all governmental laws and regulations. Furthermore, due to hygiene concerns, eBay does not permit the sale of used underwear. Since the sale of used underwear or unwashed clothing may cause harm to eBay or its members, sellers may not list them on eBay.

As for used cloth diapers...eeewww!! Call me prissy, but used shoes and used underbritches are just a few things I avoid. :Nod:

Lots of people resell their cloth diapers to recoup some of the investment.

I understand...not anything wrong with that...just a higher ick factor for me. Maybe because I remember having to wash them out when my sister was born. I begged my mom to get the disposables....

I wonder if they are going to consider vintage slips, lingery, etc. the same thing. I sure hope not. I was going to start listing a whole box of that in the coming weeks.

I want to state that they are clean and washed and you would be surprised how many people collect vintage undergarments.

I used the kids old diapers until I wore them out. They make really good cleaning cloths.

wow, that sucks.........well, there's always yard sales.

I can understand used kid/teen/adult undies, but I don't understand diapers and toddler undies. I bought a bunch of my dd's training undies at a yard sale, just made sure to run bleach through the wash with them.
