CHAT I'm Pregnant, so who else is too.

I am currently pregnant with my 4th child and want to talk with others on here that want to share advice, give encouragement, talk about their doctor visits, how far along they are in their pregnancy's, whether you are suffering from morning/all day sickness, body aches, labor pains and any and everything that you want to share with others. I ask that we not be judgmental of what others have to say on here.

So I'll start, I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have my first dr appt on Wednesday. My body is going through so many changes right now. My boobs hurt, I am already craving certain foods, I am cranky/moody. I've gone through this 3 times already and you would think I got all this down packed. I've noticed that my body is doing a little spotting, but I've read that it is normal for this to happen when the egg is planting itself in the uterus. The other night I woke up with pain in my lower abdomen and the only thing that help it go away is when my DH put pressure on my tummy with his butt Thats nothing new to me, I remember that the same thing happened with my first child. It happened at least twice a week during the 1st trimester. Sometime I had to force myself to poop.

So don't be scared to share your experience with us.

I am 21 weeks pregnant, feeling pretty good. I have gained 5 pounds total so far, but my belly seems huge. This is also child number 4 for me. Found out a week ago that this baby is a boy. 4 boys!! Oh my. Actually I am thrilled to be having another boy, that is what I was hoping for. Everyone thinks I am disappointed that it is not a girl, I am not!! Hoping this pregnancy goes well. With my 3rd baby I had a complete placenta previa and went on bed rest in the hospital at 27 weeks. Baby came early at 34 weeks. Hoping all goes well this time and we will have a scheduled C section.

Congrats !!!

I am 20 weeks pregnant and doing ok :)
I have UGLY HUGE Varicose Veins all over my legs. They are so gross looking and they hurt . I also get headaches almost daily. But other than that things are peachy!

I am going to see a fetal specialist this week to get a echo ultrasound. When they did my 18-20 week Ultrasound a few weeks ago at my OBGYN they saw something in his heart that needed to look into. I am trying to think positive!

Congrats to everyone!

I am actually due 8 wks from today!! With baby #2 (it's a boy). This whole pregnancy has been completly different from my first (my daughter will be 5 in May). I am to the point where the fatigue has come back and I feel like he is pushing on my "lower area" costantly..lol I pee ALL the time..can't sleep and I am about 40 lbs ahead of the game and crave Subway..I am always interested in what others crave so please do share.
But in the end the results are well worth it...I wish nothing but the best for everyone on this thread so far!!

Congrats on the wee one. I too craved Subway with my first pregnancy, along with pizza hut! My second pregnancy I craved cheese-cheddar and the sharper the better-I'd pull into the grocery store and buy a block and eat it in the car. Then my third pregnancy I couldn't eat at all, I drove down the road one day crying because I thought I'd never eat again! That didn't last and now I wsh I could go back and stop eating for at least a few weeks-swimsuit seasons coming.

That's fantastic! With my first one I did the exact same thing but it was potato salad. I would buy a container on my way home from work...use the fork I conviently left in my car to eat the potato salad on the way home...they I would throw away the bag in the outside garbage can. the kicker I would then go inside and eat dinner! Ugh wonder why I gained 54lbs that time!

I'm 15 weeks and feeling a lot better than with my 1st/DD. I am very tired but not sick.... with her I was very sick from 6 weeks through the whole pregnancy.... Lost 10 lb in the first few months and at 20 weeks weighted the same as when I got pregnant with her at. By the end I was able to gain 25 lb.... somehow!

With her I had placenta previa and luckily it cleared itself up by 21 weeks, but it had caused me some bleeding at 12 weeks. I also had akidney stone at 13 weeks which was torture.

Nothing to complain about this time, so far!

I'm glad to see every posting on this thread. It's nice to be able to chat with others about whats going on with their pregnancy's. One thing that I've done to help my husband out is I've apologized in advance for my moodiness, mind changing (cuz you know we do that ladies) and my cravings at 3am. We have to remember that they too are pregnant with us, even though they bare none of the weight gain and whatever else goes along with pregnancy. Well enough about them back to the serious stuff, us I am so anxious about my first appt tomorrow. My oldest DS has been dreaming about twins, and twins do run in my family on both my mom and dad side but not very many on my husbands side of the family, but his brother did have twins last year. So I guess they are starting something new on that side. :shrug7: One thing that I've been craving is chicken quesadilla (spelling). All of my pregnancy's I'll cook something and then while it is cooking and I smell it (which I can't avoid) I dont want it any more. One time I cooked a big meal for my family and didn't eat a bite, DH had to end up going out to buy me something. In which that poses a challenge, cuz once I've smelled the food I've cooked, I don't know what I want then.
