Just came back from my appointment, and so far so good. I now have 4 due dates to choose from: Aug 17, 19, 20 and 28!! I'm sticking w/ the 20th, no matter what they say! lol
The sonogram went well, and had a student in there learning as well. The 3 of us were just having a grand ole time in there! They were a little surprised when they started b/c apparently the baby is a little bigger than they had expected (I'm 15 weeks and 2 days), so they were able to see a lot more than they thought they would be able to. Everything looks good: heart, kidneys, spine. Got the baby to turn so that we could see the face, it was like looking through a kalidescope.....yeah, I'm strange! I know!
I'm just hoping the kid has my head and not his/her fathers!!
Next appointment is 3/13....keep you up to date

I finally got a BFP and a sticky bean! I'm so happy to say that I'm pregnant! I'm currently in my 10th week. I've got a feeling this is a girl (DH and I are crossing our fingers too). I can't wait for September to get here!!
So far, I've been diagnosed with HG and have had some bleeding (lost the 2nd baby), but am measuring right on target. Hopefully there won't be any more scares.

I'm glad to see everyone posting on here. I have been so tired lately, all I want to do is lounge around the house all day. I've already told my husband, kids and my friends that when the summer/heat rolls around if they want to spend time with me it better be an indoor event. I've gone through a summer pregnancy before and it is no joke (especially here in Houston, TX). I'm glad I am a SAHM, that way I don't have to worry about getting dressed to go out to of the house. So how are those that work outside of the home that's pregnant handling it all. I've been a SAHM for 7 1/2 yrs now so my hat off to those that have to go outside the home while pregnant. What's it like to be out there with sickness/pain and all the other stuff that comes along with the little bean thats growing inside us.

I work outside the home, and I hate it. DH is going to stay home with the baby since I make the most money. Today was really bad, though, because we got a lot of snow, and I had to drive to work in it. The baby was kicking me while I was driving, I think he/she was nervous, too! I would have taken the day off, but it looks like I'm not getting maternity leave, so I have to save my vacation. *Sigh*
Anyway, I was wondering- have any of you guys noticed that your friends aren't around anymore? I'm the first one of my friends to get pregnant (since most are still single), and I've been finding that most people don't call or ask me to go out anymore. I found out last weekend that all my "best" friends had a Girls' Night Out and didn't even give me a courtesy invite... I don't know if I should say anything, but it really hurts my feelings that I wasn't even invited. I mean, just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm no fun anymore. I don't even talk about the baby with my friends unless they ask. I don't know, it just makes me sad. Anyone else dealing with this?

I'm sorry to hear that you will not be getting maternity leave :sad: but I'm glad to hear that you at least have vacation time that will help out. I'm glad to know that you got to work safely today and yes the baby was just as nervous about the drive as you were You know they pick up on things that are going on with the mom.
As far as you SO CALLED friends are concerned. I will call them up and make them aware of how that makes you feel to be left out. If you don't mention anything about your baby to them, I don't see why that will be the case. It maybe that you are the only one married in the group and they feel as though you don't want to hang out with them anymore. One thing that I will be very careful about is the places that they go (since they are single) cuz it will probably not line up w/ what you as a married person does. Maybe they are jealous of what you have and just don't know how to handle it. I will definitely call them and talk to them about it. Please let us know how it goes.

After seeing that BFP yesterday I'm still in shock!!!
This is #3 for us, but this one wasn't planned. We were going to have another, just not quite yet, lol.
I'm a little nervous about what's to come as I'm high risk. Just being pregnant seems to make my blood pressure do ridiculous things and my first 2 were born at 35 & 32 weeks. I spent 2 months on bedrest with the last one and he was still born almost 2 months early.
I think the due date will be around Nov 9 but I won't know until I have an ultrasound. I'm pretty sure I'll need a cerclage and we aren't telling many people until that's done. I'm not looking forward to it. Anyone else had one? I'm just hoping to finally go to term with this one with the help of the cerclage! I am a c-section though so I expect that about 2 weeks before the due date.

I know, it really upset me, because they all went to Pentagon Mall, which was a place that all 5 of us always went together AND they ate at the restaurant we always ate at too...
I mean, I guess I sound like a crazy person, but it really, really, really, hurt my feelings to see all the pictures they put online and how much fun they had when they always invited me before but last weekend they didn't. I mean, I know I'm pregnant, and I moved, but I still could have gone, or they could have at least invited me even if I couldn't go. I mean, these girls were in my wedding! We talked about being each others god mothers and stuff. And now they don't call, I'll call and they won't call me back, they won't come visit, and now they're not inviting me out anymore and I don't understand it.
This seems to be happening a lot now though, now that I'm pregnant, and it makes me really sad... :sad:
