Okay, for the past two days, I've been having pain (cramps) in my lower belly where the baby is. I have still felt the baby move around and there is no discharge or bleeding, but that area just feels really tense and the muscles hurt if I stretch them by standing up, kind of like it feels when you've done too many any exercises, KWIM? It's not a really bad pain, it's just uncomfortable, and I have to be careful how I move.
Also kind of feels like 'pressure' down there? Cause if so, I have it too!
Have you been able to feel the baby kick your hand yet? I felt it last night. Pretty cool

Yeah, I feel pressure.
Yes, I feel her moving around a lot, and I've even felt her moving the same amount over the last couple of days, I was just wondering if this was one of those things to bug my doctor about, or if it's normal.
I'm 33 weeks and I'm starting to wonder what labor feels like for #3. I know it's not the same as 1 or 2. Can anyone tell me how #3 labor was for them? I had back labor with #1 (long labor) and stomach labor with #2 (quick labor no stitiches or nothing)

Is this normal??
Sounds to me, like it's what they would call "round ligament pain" which is everything stretching out due to the baby getting bigger. either that or you might be a little constipated (but I'm sure if that is what it was you wouldnt need me to tell you, LOL....)
You're about 2 weeks ahead of me and I've been feeling this alot more the past couple days too. With my first pregnancy I had the round ligament pains pretty bad around 12-13 weeks; I also had bronchitis and went to the ER because I thought I was going to hurt the baby coughing like I was, because thats when the cramping started.... they told me not to worry that all that coughing wouldnt hurt the baby and that it was the round ligaments...... :shrug7: I hope you feel better soon.
I knew it, set myself up for it but still can't help but feel sad for the girl I still don't have!! I know that seems silly....
I AM super excited that everything looked ok and healthy from what I saw. I was scared since I hadn't felt him for a few days but he was a busy kid during the ultrasound!!
So we're covered, kept everything and as long as I keep stockpiling diapers---there won't be a darn thing to buy
Congratulations!!! So glad to hear it's a healthy baby. I have two boys so I know what you're talking about with the girl. But it sure was nice to not have to buy everything again too, lol! CONGRATS!

Congrats on the healthy looking ultrasound baby I too am hoping for a girl this time around. I'm only 10 1/2 wks so its too soon to tell what it is. Unlike you I gave away all my baby stuff after my last one thinking that we were done, but DH changed his mind and said lets have another one. So that means I have to start all over in buying everything but my couponing, bargain shopping and baby shower will help.

Hmmm, I thought round ligament pain was this pain I'm getting in my hips. If I lay on in any position other than on my left side for a longer period of time, when I get up, I have this really bad pain in my hips (mostly the left one). It happens especially after a hard day at work where I have to lift and move a lot of boxes or move around a lot. I've tried to cut back on all the activity except for walking, and that seems to help.
Do any of you get treated like you are disable because you are pregnant? I just have to laugh! As soon as I found out I was preggo my MIL told me to be sure to let my DH do all the lifting... Uh ok. Then they were over tonight (keep in mind I am only 13 weeks) & I moved a stack of 5-6 plastic outdoor chairs & she just about had a fit LOL! She started yelling OH MY GOSH don't carry those!! I just looked at her & said I am pregnant not disabled! Hahahahaha so funny!
