Default Storage guidelines for diapers, wipes & other baby products?

I wasn't sure where to put this. How long do you think kids' toothpaste last for? It says it expires 08/08 on the tube but do you really think it would go bad past that?

Default Re: Expiration Dates of Baby Products

Baby washes, lotions, etc. should last for YEARS (most of the websites say 2 years, but I am sure it would be longer)

Wipes are good as long as you keep the outer plastic wrap on them.

Default Frozen Huggies Wipes...

Will they thaw okay? LOL...too lazy to get outside and unload from my Meijer trips today. I hope they won't be ruined...I wouldn't think so, but I have never had frozen wipes to contend with. Hmmmm...Anyone know? It's SOOOO cold in Ohio!!!

Hey, I'm north of you and it's 3 above, whatcha complainin' about?
I always have some type of wipes in my car for when I'm doing the thrift shop hunting and mine are frozen hard as a rock!
They will thaw, and go back to normal.

OMG, I had the same problem today!! We were out for a couple hours and I needed more wipes, so opened one of many still hanging out in my car and they were frozen!!

LOL!

I think they'll be ok....

Oh yeah they will thaw OK. We were out of town about a month ago and forgot to pack some wipes. DH said "oh wait there is a package in the car" so he ran out to get them and when he came back in flopped them down on the table...hard as a rock frozen solid. We used wet paper towels instead but got a good laugh at it. Not much use having extra wipes in the car if they freeze like that. LOL

Frozen wipes will be fine. But the Coke Zero that froze in my car is a different story. I was lucky that only 2 cans exploded and the box kept it mostly contained, but when they thawed they were flat and tasted like bad water : ( Glad I only paid $.75 for the case. I need to learn to not be so lazy.

I had to do that alot when I was pregnant. I worked second shift, in a bad neighborhood coming home, and would always just grab my groceries from there at the store since I was there already and would always get 24 packs of mt dew and pepsi. I'd end up just grabbing the bags I would need that night and anything that needed kept in the fridge and everything else got left until I went the next day to get it or hubby pulled it out when he got home from work a few hours after me.
