| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. I got my PPD envelope today. they also sent a cute little teddy bear :) so far I am happy. I will be happier when I get my refund. we will see how this goes...... quiltingdiva, I would go ahead and email to get the envelope so you have it when you are ready to mail them back. hopefully there will be a quick turnaround on this. I will keep everyone updated. I will probably put my items in the mail on monday. maybe you can find some nice winter clothes at goodwill/thrift store, or maybe someone has some they can loan you til you get the money? I just bought new clothes at the outlet a month ago and they have the regular tags in them, my girl has outgrown all her tagless ones already. I can see how frustrating that would be :(

| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. Neither of my boys had a rash with this stuff, but I do recognize the label. I know I have some up of them in the attic waiting for our next little one. Is this a rebate only for kids who have had a reaction? Or is it a recall with a guaranteed refund for anyone who sends them in? Also, I think most of them were gifts. I have no receipts for any of them. So I am watching to see about the receipt issue too. If this is a common problem, it would be nice to get it out of the way before it's and issue.

| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. hmm def keep me posted on this as my son had a reaction luckily just a rash. He is allergic to latex go figure as well. We just bought some Osh Kosh shirts when at the Philly premium outlets and they all were tagless!

| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. I am so sad right now, the outfit I brought my girl home in is a fall 07 tagless tag item :frown: I could cry. anyways, I emailed Carters a couple of questions today about the returns. here are the questions they should be replying to soon:
Hi, I have already recieved the postage paid envelope to mail my fall 07 items back to you, but I have 2 questions,
1) I ran across an outfit which came with 2 tops/onesies and 1 pants, the pants have a regular label, and the tops have the fall 07 tagless tag.
should I return the pants also? I know that they were bought as a set.
2) I have one 3 piece outfit which is still on the hanger with tags attached and never worn,
should I remove the tags and hanger and wash that as well before returning? or should I leave the tags on and return it as is? | just keeping everyone updated. ... hopefully they email me back soon about the one item that has the tags on it still, so I can get these in the mail.
just keeping everyone updated. I ran across quite a few items from Fall 07. the one 3 pc outfit with tags shows 17.00 as the price. |

| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. In the interest of honesty and good karma, I would not ask for a refund unless your child actually HAD a reaction.
I have a boatload of Fall 07 Carter's stuff (DS wore Carter's almost exclusively for his first 2 years), but since he never had a reaction, I have no intention of getting any refunds.

... I certainly dont want to save them to use in the future in case I have a baby who is even more sensitive to these labels, I guess I just got lucky that my daughter didnt react severely to them, and that I found the information online before it was too late to do anything about. | |

Every baby is different and I am going to return the Carters Fall 07 items because I do not want to risk having the new baby have a reaction.

| Re: Reminder: carters tagless: refunds. got a response to my last email.
will be sending my girl's clothes off tomorrow. Thank you for contacting us. To answer your questions:
1: If you have a set such as the pant and shirt. If you send in the just the shirt you will only get 1/2 of the price of the item but if you send in the whole set then you will get the whole price.
2: The set that is new just leave it the way it is if the hanger becomes a problem putting it in the package then you can remove it but there is no need to wash it.
Sincerely,
Lisa
