Re: Don't look for Gerber help right now... I'm not saying there is anything wrong with Beechnut. I personally prefer Gerber because, to me, it actually tastes better. I try my children's food before they eat it, so if I don't like it, why would they? At first I figured "awww, he's just a baby, he won't know the difference", but they get in a few first spoonfuls and would turn their heads away or push away the spoon, wasting the jar. The babies do grow into their taste buds, whether we like it or not!
With my first son, yeah, I was all gung-ho about making my own baby food. But I got pregnant again when he was 7 mos and my husband has a son from a previous marriage, who at the time was 3. Now 3 boys, 5 1/2, 2 1/2, and 1...there isn't alot of time for homemade between breastfeeding and regular food! Everyone is different and on different stages of food. Dinner time is practically the only time for a homemade meal in my household. I'm sure this will change shortly as with everything!
I believe if you have the Gerber address to send the Graduates UPC to, they will honor it, but it is no longer posted at their website to print out. |
