I am happy with the current manager of our FD, she does not reject coupons and find means and ways for the register to accept them as long as they match the products. Most often, the success of using coupons in stores around us depends a lot on the SM, if they are friendly and aim to please, they attract all customers BUT when they are grumpy and difficult to deal with, their stores hardly have anyone going in.
