Someone tried to burn down our local Family Dollar!

Just when I got a bunch of Reach toothbrush coupons...some idot tried to burn down our local Family Dollar Store. It happened on Monday. Don't think it did too much damage but they have been closed since. The person was really smart...they started the fire in the toliet paper section.

Our CVS pharmacy is located next to FD. Glad it wasn't them because I have a lot of extra bucks to spend this week!!

Someone tried that at our Walmart a few weeks ago - set the paper towels on fire. They got caught - thank goodness! It was a teenager with their toddler niece or nephew with them.

Same thing happened here 6 years ago at our local grocery store. The only grocery store in town. My mother happened to be working at the time. Someone came in (still dont know to this day who did it) to the Fooldand and set the tp section on fire. It stunks because It took a year to rebuild and being the only grocery store in our little town.. everyone had to travel 20 or 30 minutes to get the the next closest grocery store.
