today I got a call from the district manager.

I asked about the $5/$25 policy before or after qs and he said it has to total $25 after qs. I also asked about stacking FD qs with Mqs and he said they don't allow that either.

He was very polite but used phrases like, "we can't give the stuff away" and " you can use your $5/$25 to buy something else".

I don't go there much but this may be the end for me. Don't he know that the manufacture gives them the money back plus 8 cents for using the coupon! They make money on it!!

Im calling tommorrow because she really went over the line...


she made it clear, she wouldnt sell me 5 dawn with the 5 1/1 FD coupons because "YOUR NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER"

How many coupons are you allowed to use. I know the last time I bought the Freshmatic things, I used like 15 at one time and they didn't say anything.

I sent an email monday and I got a voice mail message today. Yep, I have it saved.
They said I can use a store and a man q together.
I didn't try it today, but I did buy 5 of the snuggle sheets and the cashier wasn't very happy about my q's.
Even said " well I guess you think you are pretty smart"


I didn't bite.
Just said

some days I am smarter than others.

I will go to another one later on in the week. LOL

I have to call coporate tommorrow anyways after the cute performance tonight of the cashier, I was told you can't use FM and Man q's together... according to the faq's in the forum you should be able too use both

yea, there having a cow about these snuggle coupons. I used my only 3 the other day for the dryer sheets. She asked me after studying it hard well how much does this cost. I said $3.50 she said well, ok.

I had trouble using the snuggles coupons too!! She would only let me use 2. I asked about using FD coupons and mf'q and she said they don't do that....only 2 of the same coupons too!

One of the stores I went to buy snuggle said I could only use one coupon per purchase as the coupon states. I said yes, I am buying 6 therefore using 6 coupons. She said no, you can only use one per transaction. She then leaves and goes to check with the manager, who said that I could only use one per transaction. I said fine, ring them up in 6 transactions. My total for each one was 24 cents tax and then I calmly used my debit card to pay!! She looked at me and then she decided she would do two of them in the next order--48 cents on the debit card. By now she was fuming, and rung up the other three all together. I smiled sweetly and said have a great day!!
