I went yesterday to do this deal for the first time. I took 3 Qs w/ me.
Last year, the mgr, and I went a 'round', about *one per purchase* vs. *one per transaction*. I guess she remembered that; who knows. She rang up all 3 on seperate transactions. I bought NOTHING else. I just went in for my FREE paper towels, 'cuz we really needed them. Anyhow, since she did it that way, the register didn't charge PA state tax AT ALL! I asked her about paying the tax on it, and she mumbled something about the *register takes care of it* Whatever. I'm not sure how they explain that to the governor, but hey, she's the mgr., who am I to argue?

I heard about this coupon a week back so i traded for them, as i didnt get them, i was totally out of kitchen paper, and i live in a pretty small town, so i was gonna go get some of them at family dollar...... well she told me NO that i couldnt get more than one it says one per customer, so i asked her if i go out and take this to my car and come back in does that make me another customer? she just looked at me not saying anything, so i said so i am going to do that 10 times, when other family dollars are doing limits up to 20. She said no you are allowed one and thats all! i was so mad, they were so nice until i gave them a coupon! so i told her well i will have one and my husband will have one, well she rung my paper towel by itself, then proceeded to ring up my other stuff as a seperate transaction. Well she scanned my $1 coupon off downy and told me i couldnt get the other paper towel because she had already scanned the coupon and she wasnt allowed to scan any other items after she scanned a coupon..... there was a huge line.... and i was getting angry..... so i left!.... i came home and emailed family dollar.... i told them i know there was 1 coupon per customer but my husband behind me was another customer!!..... and to make it all worse, the marked down pants i bought, dont fit right so i need my money back...... I'm just wondering if they will get word of the email i sent..... makes me not want to go back! as this is a little town and they do not have very much knowledge of coupons!!!
I have already traded my coupons, and family dollar are the only ones that carry marcal so i guess no marcal for me!!!

Don't know if you have a sav-a-lot but that's where I found them at. I hope FD here has them too. Haven't looked yet, but with the Q's comming out 2 weeks in a row, I'm gonna have a bunch more to redeem once I round up all the inserts I get weekly.

At stores that enforce the one per customer rule, I haul all of my kids in and they use their own Q(s) and their own money. I like to think it is helping their math skills, and giving them a little experience handling money and shopping- Even if the cashiers HATE waiting for DD to count out exact change.

I have emailed FD before for different things. They do hear about the emails. I have even had the regional manager call me about things and he told me to keep his number. Now of course my emails were not complaints and I have an awesome FD here.

I am sure stores have been told about this coupon, because instead of scanning first thing the cashier did was read the coupon and the one per customer. They are totally correct and that is how the coupon is intended to be used, so cant really complain about it.

I sent my Husband yesterday he got 3 in one transaction. I am going to head over there today to see how many I can get today. My Husband will stop there on his way home from work to. I hope it works just as good as yesterday!

I still have a ton of the coupons left.
