Is shelf price the not on sale price?
So..if it isn't on sale and the price is say 1.49 to get to the spend $10 you would only have to buy 7 boxes or items?? Is this why you talk about shelf price?

We have qualified for wic for a very long time, but have not signed up because we have been able to make ends meet fine without it. But recently due to my DH's hours be cut in a big way, we really did need it. So we signed up and my husband went to GE to use it for the first time. I read the guidelines carefully, we could not get special eggs, but could get organic produce (the scanner did not stop it), but it did be at the organic milk, and also juice that had an WIC tag right on the shelf. So I showed her my folder that said no 1/2 gallons etc, but nothing banning organic milk. She called for a CSM to ask her, and she said if it beeps, then they will not put it through no matter what, and was very snotty. So i said okay, then I will just get the regular milk then. And that was that.

I have been told by two cashiers (who like me) that pretty much everyone there hates me because I use coupons (a LOTof them) and because I reported the assistant manager for refusing valid coupons, and she got into trouble. So when I go in, most cashiers are less than friendly and the front end girl makes it a point to go up to many of the workers and whisper about me. She is very highschool like, and has always disliked me the most. She is like one of those people who likes having power over other people and will abuse it often lol. i try to ignore her pettyness, as they tend to have the most stock during sales, and are close. But when she reported me to WIC and lied, she took it to a whole nother level. The letter i got from wic states I was 'verbally abusive', and tried to get organic milk which is not authorized. My husband and 3 yo were standing by me the whole time, and would say I never even raised my voice! lol I have been couponing for a long time, and have no problem asking why they won't take something, but I am never EVER rude or abusive ever. People who know me will say the same thing, my friends are always saying I'm too nice if anything.

I also have a security guard who wrokds there who has witnessed the grocery manager get very huffy with me after my cats would not print, after the manager left the register, the security guard (who is super nice) even said something about his behavior to me. Anyways, i don't want to deal with the staff from this store or the GE 800 number, because they are never helpful with anything.
