    Default Scholarships/Grants after you graduate?

Does anyone know if there are scholarships, grants or anything of that kind that you can receive after you've already graduated? Basically I am trying to think outside the box to pay off my student loans. I'm wondering if there's anything out there to take some chunks out of them.

Grants, loan forgiveness, and other incentives are available for Nurses who agree to teach, and I know you can get students loan repayment if you're a member of the National Guard - don't know about the reserve though.

If you are willing to commit to teaching for two years in a poor area (urban or rural) Teach For America will train you and they offer loan forgiveness as well as grants to pay off loans. Some downsides are that you may not get to choose where in the country you are assigned (you can give preferences) and the salary would probably be really hard to support a family on.
