The last time I tried to work the $5/$25 deal it didn't work too well. My total was over $25 and the cashier said the the $5 off coupon was accepted but after my man q's were scanned my $5 off coupon disappeared! I wonder if because the total was under $25 after my man q's if it sort of disqualified the transaction for the $5/$25 and the system auto-magically removed the coupon. Any thoughts? Anyone else had this problem?

If you have the $5/25 receipt one, it instructs the cashier right at the bottom of it to enter the $5/25 coupon BEFORE scanning any manufacturer's q's. Point it out to the cashier and make sure he/she scans it first and then scans your manufacturer's q's. Your receipt should show a discount for each item you purchased right below the price of each item. That is how the $5.00 is deducted. Not as a total 5.00 at the bottom but a small discount under the price of each item. Your manufacturer's coupons should show up right before the subtotal at the bottom. I hope you have better luck on your next trip.

this was the case before, but they have changed it i believe. i would call and see what the manager says, might just be a mistake on the cashier's part

i did get one on the receipt and it says clearly how they are to do it before manufacturer coupon. if you want one of those instead this week, go in and buy something...i believe they print on every receipt or darn near it.

Also Ajax liquid is 1.00. use the .50/1 mq and 5/25 sale to make it .40 each.

I don't want to sound silly, but why is everyone buying so much Fixodent? DG doesn't allow overage, so is it just a good deal because it's free?
