DG went to 70% off Christmas merchandise today (1/6). They are so slow to do markdowns compared to the competition. They won't go 90% for a couple more weeks either.

<P>At the Hellertown, PA Dollar General, Christmas stuff was 70% off on Jan. 5.&nbsp; I got gift bags for 30 cents and 45 cents, baby bottles for 45 cents and christmas wrap for 25 cents.&nbsp; Hopes this helps someone else! </P>

DG usually does their markdowns on a TUESDAY. 90% will be either today (1/20) or next week (1/27).
