I thought I would post this tip for e-coupons. If you are like me, you load the coupons to the card, print it and then forget to take it to the store. And if you are old school and don't have an internet connected phone this come in handy:

once you have selected the items on the list, click the print button, copy the text, paste the text into Notepad (gets rid of the extra characters), then copy that into an email and send it to your phone.

now you will have the list with you as long as you have your phone on you, which i usually do!
