What's the best way to use the $3 since the ecoupons don't stack anymore? Since it's an OYNO coupon will it keep paper OYNO catalinas from working? Or do you need to use it on a small $3 transaction with no other coupons? I could just see the stupid register deciding that since $3 off had been applied to your entire purchase no other paper coupons could be applied to your whole purchase.

I loaded mine yesterday morning, got the $3, didn't come off today at Kroger for me either.

Go to their website and click on "help" and fill out the form, they will ask for information tied to the receipt (date, time, receipt number) and then it tells you they will get back to you in two/three days.

I'm not impressed. That's why I don't like these 'remote' digital upload coupons that are not operated by the stores themselves. The stores don't have anything to do with it directly.

That's what I did. First time for me. We'll see what happens.

Mine didn't come off my order yesterday either. I sent the email. We'll see what happens. I haven't couponed in a long time. I had to at least try for that dollar amount. Oh well. I think I'll just stick to wholesale clubs. That TV program seems to have made couponing too difficult for me to feel it's worth it anymore since I live so far from Springfield.

I received a reply yesterday from cellfire about the Kroger digital coupon not coming off my total as expected:

Thank you for participating in our Holiday Baking promotion last Thursday. It has come to our attention that a number of the bonus coupons failed to redeem at the store. We sincerely apologize about this error and will make every effort to make sure you receive what we promised you. We really enjoy doing these promotions for our customers and we know how disappointing it is when things don't work correctly.

Please bear with us as we work closely with the grocery retailers to figure out what went wrong and what the best solution is going forward. We will have an update for you soon with more details regarding your bonus coupon and how we will make it up to you.

We thank you for using Cellfire and for your patience in this matter.

    Best regards,
    The Cellfire Team
