Cats not printing at Westloop Dillons in Manhattan, Ks

I have had 4 transactions at the two Dillons locations here in Manhattan, Kansas. All 4 should have produced OYNO cats (1 for Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, the others for Kleenex). The only one I got my cat for was at the East side Dillons, not the Westloop location. I did go to customer service and they gave me a gift card for the value of the cats I didn't get. But still. It messed up my mojo as I was planning to use one cat on the next transaction. I am definitely going to the other store for the rest of my Kleenex!!!

The CS representative told me they have been having problems with cats not printing. Maybe a network problem. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case there are other Manhattan shoppers out there.

Got my cat yesterday but I was also at the east side. What a frickin' mess the west side is with the construction! Avoiding that place like the plague.

Yeah you can never find a parking space. But I am looking forward to when they can open it up and new fuel center!!!! Dillons W is about 3 minutes from my house.

I don't live in your area but wanted to tell you this happened to me for awhile at my store while they were renovating the store. They failed to tell me when I didn't get my cats that the reason I didn't get them was that their cat service was down during the construction (the wiring was not connected). This was about a three week period this went on. It was frustrated when Catalina told me it was because the store's service was down. You'd think the store could have just told me that. They kept saying there must be something wrong with their catalina printers.

Aha! That totally makes sense! I guess I'll be shopping over at the other one, especially if I'm expecting cats. At least it's not hard to drive over there, just an extra 10 minutes or so.
