My vitaminwater q didn't double at all, because it was for MORE than the cost after mega-deal.

I know it was not doing this before. They're definitely getting too smart on us.
So strange! I had 5-.55/1 Vitamin water zero tearpads, and it took off .55 and .45 on all 5! I just double checked the receipt. And they are .49 after mega!!

On a side note, I won sensodyne from March madness and not only did it take the full price off, it took another .50 off for mega! I'm at a loss!!

My March Madness win did that too (it was labelled as a mega-event item)

Maybe this is a store-by-store thing. I wonder how their registers get programmed.

You have to watch out on some deals. I was getting 5 of something @ .88 = $4.40; with 5 -.50 coupons. The first 4 doubled to $1, leaving .40, so the 5th coupon didn't take off at all. After a lot of head scratching, the cashier took off .40 manually. Now, I try to buy in multiples that leave enough for the last coupon to scan. This has been the norm in Springfield for some time.
