I contacted them, but I am also keeping the game page up on my computer (and I made a copy of the page). Hoping it's just a glitch since this is the first day.

I didn't win, but I tried to load another coupon and got that message too. Definitely a glitch... bummer!

Game still having issues...just won a 10 pk of Capri Sun...same error message.

Same here! Won Sensodyne, unable to load to card! I'm leaving town and going on vacation, so I don't have time to follow up on this. If anyone gets an answer about a fix, please post! TIA!!

The prize that didn't get loaded yesterday during the glitches were there today for me to load and I got to play for today. :)

I was able to load the Country Crock today, so as couponmom mentioned, try again and it should work.
