Dillons: Philly Cooking Creme E coupon Question

Hey ladies! A few weeks ago, an e coupon came out on the Dillons website for .75 off Philly Cooking Creme that did not expire until 3/31. I loaded it and was planning on using it this week when I go to the store. When I look in my loaded coupons-it's not showing up, nor in the used or expired areas-it's like it vanished!

Has this happened to anyone here before? Should I still try it, and hope it works because it's not showing up? Did any of you save this same ecoupon and now it's no longer there?

I have one for $.75/1 and one for $1.50/1. Both are still showing up on my card.

I had the same thing happen. I just loaded the .75 Philly & $3 Tide, but only the Tide shows up in the actives. The count of active coupons matches what's on the screen. I don't have any advice for using it, but I'd also like to hear from someone who has tried it.
