huh, I'll have to keep my eyes out for this posting, in case it's all Dillons!
A friend of mine just called and said that there's a sign up at Dillon's on Battlefield and Kansas that says Dillon's new policy has put a limit on items. She said that you can only get 20 like items per trip.
Just wanted to get the info. out there. Has anyone else seen this at any of the other stores? I'm going to kansas and Kearney later today and will let you know if I see this. Not sure if this is a DILLON's policy or just that store alone.
I'm okay with this as I think 20 of anything is enough and maybe the shelves won't be cleared off too rapidly. Besides, if we want more we can always go back or take hubby with us and check out separately.

In Lawrence my friend was told, no more than 10 like coupons in a transaction. They said it was a new policy.
Yes, I saw the blue sign posted in the front and at registers: limit of 20 like coupons. I thought "fine by me". I rarely use more than 5-10 like coupons anyway.
I think 20 is a very generous policy. I you think you need more than 20 of an item, you can either go to another store, or go back a different day. Leave some for the rest of us who are trying to stretch our budget.
thanks for the info. I agree with pp....20 like q's is very generous and maybe will leave more product on the shelves for us!
I saw nothing like that at the one in Joplin yesterday.
I think the only limit I have seen at the one in Pittsburg is for Gatorade when it's on sale where they have limited the amount you can purchase.
I am not one that can go to another store or go back another day...as I live 45 minutes from one...BUT knowing my store. If I told them the situation (if there was actually something I was going to purchase that much of) I would just ask them if I could get as much as I needed. They know me, and know I travel far to get there.

I wound up going to St. Louis and National yesterday and they didn't have a sign. Several of my friends saw the sign at Battlefield and Kansas though. I'm like the rest of you in that I very rarely use more then 20 like coupons for anything though. I think 20 is generous as well.
