THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS POST! I have 2 I was needing filled and putting them off for a deal! Do you know if you get $25 for each or just the amount of the script? BOth of mine are $7.....hoping for some mm on that! :)
So I saw this in last week's ad. Says there it runs until December 21. For those who have ongoing prescriptions, how soon after a previous refill can you refill again? It would only be 2 weeks and 1 day after DH's previous refill if I refill on the 21st (I wanted to refill again before Dec 31 anyway, just because we've already met our deductible for this year and that makes a difference for us on Rx coverage). Also it would be a transfer, so Dillons won't know when we refilled last. I figure as long as he has refills left (which he does) it shouldn't be a problem.
Any of you out there wiser than I and let me know what you think!

If it isn't free.....it isn't for me!
It's in the ad, so you'll have to look there. It's really hard to read in the online version, I'll wait till my paper one gets here (or pick one up in the store).
I would bet, like in a lot of their other Rx deals, it's one per customer. One per Plus card that is.

Okay here's the fine print. In my ad it says just for transfer.
Transfer a prescription get $25 free groceries. Government funded prescriptions not included. Offer expires 12/21/2010. Prescription must be transferred and purchased. Not valid on prescriptions transferred from another Dillons owned pharmacy or with any other offer. Prescriptions reimbursed under state or federal government programs not eligible. Not valid where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable taxes. Additional restrictions and limits apply. See pharmacy for details. Offer not redeemable for purchases of alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, office services, prescriptions, or any other items prohibited by law.
I'm going to call to verify this, because we also do have 2 prescriptions so I am going to think about whether maybe I should fill them separately and see if I can do it twice??? Or if as Rachelle asked, I can fill both together and get $50. That was how the Kmart deal turned out.

I went into Dillons today and they said $25 for each. (I only had 1 filled as they were waiting on approval for generic for my 2nd one) but I paid 8.04 and got $25 credit on my card and 50 fuel pts. I don't know how long it takes to actually 'load' but I went in 4 hours later to shop.....seriously $25 free groceries just waiting for me....thats as long as I could wait. :) I'll pick up my other one on Mon or Tues and combine with some more BB q's coming in trade...and I should be good on groceries for a while, or at least until another good sale comes up :))))) I also finally earned enough points for .30 off in gas. It was so cool because I spent today and my 3 mega trips....1.70+tax and got basically $6 in savings in gas. Dillons has been good to me this month!

AWESOME! I asked the pharmacist if I could refill on the 21st since I had just refilled on the 6th. She said "well if the insurance will let us put it through." I'm going to call my insurance and see what they say. If they do $25 on each prescription I'll make some $$, one of DH's prescriptions is $35 and the other is $4.

I just did this last week at my Dillons in Springfield, MO and I got $50 for transferring the prescription. Plus, after I have that filled 4 (or maybe 5?) more times by the end of May I'll get another $50 loaded to my card. Its the Prescription Rewards program- maybe its different for Kansas?
It's probably the same, I just didn't know about it. So, you fill 4 more times and get another $50? That might keep me at Dillons (assuming they don't have the highest price for DH's name brand drug).

Okay I tried to do this last week, before the deal expired. The people in the pharmacy had NO idea what the deal is all about. They tried to put it on my card, but they didn't get a printout that it WAS on my card.
When I try to redeem it, do I have to spend more than $25? I have spent a little bit of money there, but not $25. They gave me a receipt and told me if it didn't work for me to go to Customer Service and talk to them about it. I hope I can get it worked out! Apparently there weren't many other people taking advantage of it.
