QUESTION BOGO Question

If you use a BOGO coupon , can you use a $/1 coupon for the item you are paying full price for?

Example:
Right Guard $2.50
-BOGO
-$1/1
SO....2.50 X 2 = 5 - $2.50 - $1 =$1.50 or $.75 ea when you buy two

Does this work at Dillions or any other stores that you know of?

I tried it at Walmart today and it did, but I think the cashier pushed it through. Just curious.

Thanks!

Default Re: BOGO Question

Heh I was wondering that too. I did do one at Dillon's - Olay Total Effects Body Wash, I had the $4 off coupon and the buy Olay Total Effects get a free Ivory Body Wash or soap bar and I don't think he had to push it through. Got both for $1.29. That seems like about the same scenario to me. Except in this case they were two different products.

What I wanted to do the other day at Hy Vee on $1.88 Right Guard deoderant was use the $1.50/2 q AND the BOGO q to get both for $0.38 (or perhaps both for $1.13 depending on how they interpreted the price of the free one). I didn't do it though, I just used the BOGO, because they had already given me a $10 gift card to replace a catalina that I didn't get and I didn't feel like making any more hassles.

Hope you get it figured out!
