Dillons ~ Other: Fill out those survey's

I noticed some big big changes the last time I went at night to the Dillon' on Battlefield in Springfield Mo. Which I hate so much as you may have to deal with Ed and we all just love Ed don't we? He just loves coupons so much doesn't he? (NOT) They where actually very very nice and pleasant! Asked someone the next time I went in the morning my normal time to shop what had happened that everyone was being so pleasant when normally they are not. Was told the night shift had gotten some horrific survey responses and a couple of folks had even gotten some write ups and reprimands over them. So fill out those survey's and don't forget if the trip was nice to fill them out when we like what they are doing as well as when they upset us.

I have been filling out, but those have been at the sunshine one. I usually have no problems there. Which they need to hear too:)
