amazing! Gotcha! Seriously though. They are always so helpful and nice. One of my digital promo codes didn't print a couple days ago and they totally took care of it with a smile, actually they are always very friendly and seem to look forward do seeing my total after coupons. Just wanted to throw out some love to my store. I Heart Them! =)

Yes- I have been really pleased with the Battlefield store lately, too! I've only been going during the day- on weekdays, lately, so I wonder if that makes a difference. I've found my new favorite cashier (Todd- shorter man, 40ish, brownish hair). He is quite pleasant and doesn't seem to mind my coupons at all! There is a younger light brown hair guy cashier I like, too- he is good to check out with, too. The meat department guys have been fantastic, too- they're always happy to get stuff out of the back for me! So maybe the Sunshine store isn't the "only" good Dillon's in Springfield after all!
Actually, Ive noticed that the folks at Sunshine have been getting a bit cranky wih coupons lately... I've had good service at each and every Springfield store though at different times. Recently it was the $6 prevacid E coupon not coming off and I was given cash for that and the others that didnt come off my purchase. I did have the printout of my loaded coupons which may have helped. I still cant figure out WHY my coupons arent coming off from ANY of the websites =0(

Even though I don't shop at the one in Springfield, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dillons peeps that I shop with!
I bought one of their rotisserie chickens, it wasn't the best... i took it back to the store with my receipt, they quickly refunded my money with NO QUESTIONS asked!
Tonight, I used over 250 coupons with my order. I saved over $350.00 in coupons alone. The sweet cashier let me take a chair over to the self check out and I sat there for 15 minutes and scanned coupons. I had a couple that wanted 'approval' and he quickly just hit the right button and I was back in business.
Why aren't other stores this friendly????DILLONS!!!!

I also think Todd is just the best. He always takes his time with the coupons and makes sure that every single one scans. I however hate the self checkout early in the mornings which is when I do most of my shopping. Between 7:30 and 8:30. They always mess up big time early in the mornings. Last time it kept telling me to remove an item from my bag and scan it over and over even though is had scanned and was showing up on the screen. Even the cashier could not figure it out. Then it would not accept my debit card kept telling me it was an invalid card. So I gave up and used cash and then it did not give me my change.
Today I was excited to see that yes, Todd was working and was hoping to go through his line. However, by the time I got to the checkout he had switched to Express- and I had way more than 12 items! So I took a chance and went through Tom's line- and he was just as awesome! :)
