Hmm, what about Petsmart, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Aldi, Kohl's and a mall? I'm basically listing off places like I like to shop!

Yes, Springfield is nice for its shopping- that's one of my favorite parts of it- not a very big city with some of the big city amenities!

Yes to Petsmart, Aldi's, Kohl's and a mall (has Sears, JCPenney and Dillards as the anchors, but it's only a one level mall...eek!) There is also Macy's and Old Navy separate from the mall sort of across the road. There is a TRU, but no separate BRU...they recently added a tiny sign below the TRU sign that says Babies R US though, lol. Grocery stores: 3 Gerbes, 2 (and one on the way) Hy-Vee's, a couple Moser's, a Schnucks, an Aldi's and a Patricia's (IGA?) No Big Lots, TJMaxx or Marshall's, which stinks!

Thanks ! Columbia doesn't sound too bad at all! There are Hy-Vees in the KC area and they can do some good sales! Our TRU is the same way- they just remodeled it to have half of it look like a regular BRU.
